New Feature Alert! FanFueled Ticketing Launches Custom Fields

27 Mar
With the launch of FanFueled Engage and the news about our latest partners getting a lot of attention recently, we didn’t want you to think we forgot about our social ticketing platform. That’s why we wanted to flag you on a BRAND NEW feature that we just launched.

Now, event organizers and venues can add custom fields to any of their ticket types. What does this mean? It means that event organizers can now gather any additional information from their ticket buyers during the checkout process. For example, if you’re a camp director and you need the t-shirt size and the age of all of your attendees, you can add this field underneath the appropriate ticket. So, when a parent goes to register their child, they need to fill out size and age before checking out. (See below).
And you can add anything you’d like; these fields are completely customizable. Need to know if your ticket buyers have dietary restrictions? Add the field. Want to ask your attendees who else they’d like to see perform at your venue? Add a field. Curious where they heard about you? Add a…you get the picture.
All of this information will be displayed on your guest list and can be downloaded to an excel sheet. This way, the event organizer can order and categorize all of their additional info. Though we’re tremendously excited about our new product, that’s certainly not going to stop us from perfecting our first one, FanFueled Ticketing. Be on the lookout for more features and please let us know if you ever have any ideas. The majority of our new features come from feedback from event organizers and fans. Thanks!
