Engage the Chicago Bluegrass and Blues Festival with its New Fan Rewards Program

12 Jan

Pop Quiz. What’s better than 2 FanFueled Engagement Programs? Three FanFueled Engagement Programs! Allow us to introduce you to our newest one, the Chicago Bluegrass and Blues Fan Rewards Program.

A two weekend event, the CBB Festival – now in its 4th year and featuring over 40 acts – takes place on the 21st and 28th of January. Held at the Auditorium Theatre, the first day is headlined by Bluegrass icons Del McCoury, David Grisman, The Travelin’ McCourys, Bill Nershi, Jeff Austin and features many more. On the 28th at Congress Theater, the 2nd day is headlined by the Drive-By Truckers and Dawes. Joe Pug, Bailiff, Van Ghost and many other Bluegrass favorites will also be playing at the event, along with a handful of Chicago’s favorite roots musicians busking throughout the venue.

Many of our friends behind the SPECTACULAR North Coast Music Festival are responsible for the CBB Fest, so they reached out to us for a new Engagement Program. Though fans of electronic music and bluegrass couldn’t be further apart, they’re equally passionate and we were more than happy to build a program that catered to this demographic. On top of some of our traditional actions – like posting, following, tweeting, and liking – we added the ability to reward for watching live sets on youtube and for voting in the Last Banjo Standing Contest. (If you haven’t already, you can vote for this contest here: http://do312.com/lastbanjostanding. The winner will get to play at the CBB Fest)!

Prizes involved with this program include VIP passes, merchandise, band meet-and-greets, ticket packages for upcoming 2012 events, and more. All prizes are available and within reach, so sign up today and start earning rewards: http://cbbfestival.fanfueled.com/.
